We don't keep a copy of it on our servers; the email is the record. We do keep a short summary (name, email, date, and induction status) so your dashboard can show who's completed theirs.
No separate password to leakA worker's date of birth is only ever used to unlock their one-time induction link, it's never used as a login anywhere else, and it's never shared or sold.
You control what's sharedEvery field on your project, logo, policies, contacts, is optional and entirely under your control. Nothing is collected that you didn't choose to add.
